Whereas:
LION
Frank Kinald has contributed his time, talents and means to
Lionism, we are in agreement to submit his name as a candidate
for District 2-S3 Vice District Governor for 2008-2009.
LION
Frank Kinald is a retired banker and moved to the Georgetown
area in 2002 and transferred his longtime LION membership from
Queens, NY where he had been a LION since 1985.
Whereas:
LION Frank Kinald held such offices in the Maspeth LIONS Club as
Lion Tamer, Tail Twister, Secretary, 1st, 2nd
and
In
addition, his awards at the Maspeth LIONS Club include the New
York State and Bermuda Lions Foundation Uplinger Distinguished
Service Award for his work with the Guide Dog Foundation of NY. He
received the President’s Excellence award, 100% Club
President’s award and received the Melvin Jones Foundation
award from the Maspeth Club.
And
Whereas:
LION Frank Kinald has, with the Georgetown Evening LIONS Club,
held the offices of Tail Twister, member of the Board of
Directors and is currently 1st Vice President. He has
also served as Zone Chairman for 2 years for District 2-S3. LION
Frank has been twice recognized as Lion of the Year by the
Georgetown Club.
Therefore
Be It Resolved:
That the Georgetown Evening LIONS Club unanimously endorse LION
Frank Kinald for the position of Vice Governor of the Great
Texas District 2-S3 for the term of
