Make checks out to Lions MHSU and mailed no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. A returned check for $100 will be returned if all equipment is returned and in good working condition.
The MSHU trailer is a small trailer of 12 feet long and 6 ft 7in tall. The trailer requires a 2in ball and a 4-prong trailer light connection for towing.
All drivers who pick up the MHSU trailer must have auto insurance to cover any damages to the trailer.
REQUIREMENTS
1) One room big enough for 3 tables and 14 people.
2) Several electrical plugs for our equipment.
3) A second room or a very quiet corner of a large room for the hearing device, if this testing is done.
4) About 8 to 10 Lions Volunteers per shift to run the equipment plus arrive at least 45 minutes early to practice before opening.
